Permanent Jewellery Terms and Conditions
Payment
Full payment is required once procedure is complete. If taken, the deposit is subtracted from the final amount.
Payment must be made using cash, card, Afterpay or any other payment method accepted by the business.
Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final, and we do not offer change of mind refunds.
Product Nature
Whilst the product is described as permanent, it is not indestructible. The product must be worn with care.
Health Responsibilities
It is up to the client to confirm that they do not have any allergic reactions to silver, gold, or any other medical conditions that would otherwise increase the risk of harm of this experience.
We are not liable for any medical condition or injury caused by this experience or the product.
The welding procedure is potentially dangerous and, while rare, there is a risk of serious injury, pain, suffering, disability, property damage and/or financial loss.

Warranty
- If you experience any defects in the chain within one year of purchase we will repair or replace the item free of charge. This does not include issues caused by daily wear and tear or stretching.
- We take pride in our welding process and take as much care as possible to make sure that our welds are strong and made to last. This is why we have a 6 month warranty to cover any defects found with the welded jump ring.
- We can’t cover the cost of any replacement items, however accidents do happen. We can provide a 20% discount for a replacement of your purchased item for the first 3 months after your purchase.
- During the first month, we offer free resizing to ensure the fit is just right for you. After this period it will cost a small amount to resize.
- We all have busy lives, if a certain activity requires you to remove your permanent bracelet, we offer free rewelds for the first month after your purchase, and a small fee after this period.
- Should you prefer, we can also add a catch and clasp to your bracelet to transform it into a traditional bracelet for a small fee.
- With our regular jewellery we offer free cleaning. However we can’t dip your appendages in our cleaning solution, so it’s important that you read and understand the provided care guide to keep your jewellery in the best condition. In any case, if you come back to us for any of the above services we can also clean it free of charge.
- This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, misuse, or any alterations made by another jeweller. This includes damage or discoloration caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or environments.
- Please contact us with your proof of purchase and a detailed description before coming to visit us so we can best inform you on how to proceed, and so that we can be prepared to help you before visiting us.
Consumer Guarantee
(a) Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the rights which either of the parties may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
(b) A failure to comply with the Consumer Guarantee provisions under the Australian Consumer Law to the extent they apply to this Agreement, the Business' liability is limited to (at its election):
(i) in the case of a supply of goods: (A) replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods; (B) repairing the goods; (C) paying the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or (D) paying the cost of having the goods repaired; and
(ii) in the case of a supply of services: (A) resupplying the services or (B) paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
